We value open communication and are always open to feedback.

At Johnston Chiropractie we do our utmost to help you as well as we can. Even so, you may not be satisfied with your treatment or with our service. We take complaints seriously and see them as an opportunity to improve our care.

1. Raise your complaint with us

Do you have a complaint? We ask you to discuss it with us first. In many cases we can find a suitable solution together.

You can get in touch via:
Email: info@johnstonchiropractie.nl
Telephone/WhatsApp: 0658016708

We aim to respond within a few working days and to look for a solution together.

2. If you cannot resolve it with the practice

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction after discussing it with the practice, you can contact an independent complaints body.

Johnston Chiropractie is affiliated with the Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg (CBKZ).

The CBKZ provides an independent complaints officer who can mediate and support you in handling your complaint.

CBKZ contact details:
Email: klachtennca@cbkz.nl

3. Independent handling

The CBKZ complaints officer handles your complaint independently and in confidence. The aim is to reach a solution together that is acceptable to all parties.

4. Careful handling

All complaints are treated confidentially. We do our best to handle every complaint carefully, respectfully and within a reasonable period.

5. Purpose of our complaints procedure

The purpose of this procedure is:
